“What is this radical idea?” asks Steve Shanafelt in a May 16, 2009, post. “Visit a local blog, and leave a comment. That’s it.
“It can be a blog you read all the time, or a blog you’ve never read before,” he writes. “It doesn’t have to be a long or involved comment, either. A simple “Nice post” would be plenty for most bloggers.”
I do that, occasionally. Especially if I read a post that really grabs my attention. However, I won’t do it for the sake of doing it.
