The North Carolina Science Blogging Conference

Kristin Collins, staff writer at The News & Observer in Raleigh, North Carolina, has a January 21, 2007, article on the " More than 150 scientists, teachers, bloggers and journalists came to the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to talk about the technology that some think has the potential to reshape the world of science and bring it to the masses.

The event was the N.C. Science Blogging Convention held January 20, 2007."

Bora Zivkovic, the man behind the science blog  A Blog Around the Clock, and Durham,North Carolina-based  blogger Anton Zuiker, proprietor of mistersugar.com, " were major organizers. See Zuiker's information-packed post headlined Back from the Conference.
