The Cadenhead-Winer Dispute Over feeds.scripting.com
Rogers Cadenhead and Dave Winer are having a business dispute that should have been settled by an arbitrator instead of being aired in cyberspace. See Cadenhead's March 15, 2006 post headlined "Letter from Dave Winer's Attorney." See Dave's response headlined "About feeds.scripting.com."
Hopefully, this will be the last either will post on the subject. If not, expect the two blogging and programming luminaries and their supporters to engage in an adolescent flame war.
Hopefully, Winer and Cadenhead will realize that their business disputes are best settled with as little rancor as possible.
